Your symptoms and your HRT, in one record you can hand to your doctor.

Log how you actually feel, alongside what you take and whether you took it — then walk into your appointment with a record instead of a recollection.

HormoneLog · an app by Baker Ventures LLC

What it does

Log in a few taps.36 symptoms across seven categories on a simple 0–3 scale, plus mood, energy, sleep quality and stress — and a note when there is more to say than a number.
Your regimen, tracked properly.Record what you take and when, get dose reminders, and see an adherence ring for the last 30 days — so "am I actually taking it?" has an answer.
Patterns, not guesswork.A 60-day severity heatmap, your top symptoms this month, and — on iPhone — your Apple Health sleep laid over your symptom severity.
A summary for your appointment.Your Symptom Burden Index with a category breakdown, your most frequent symptoms and a summary of your regimen, as a clean PDF to bring to your prescriber.
Private by default.Your log lives on your phone. There is no account and no sign-in, and your notes and dose text are encrypted on the device with a key that never leaves it.

How it works

  1. Set yourself up — your stage, the symptoms you care about, and your regimen if you're on one.
  2. Log each day — a few severity taps, a few sliders, and your doses as you take them.
  3. Review and share — look at your own patterns, then generate a report for your next appointment.

Questions

Is HormoneLog a medical device, or does it diagnose anything?
No. It is a tracking tool. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it never tells you what to take or how much.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no sign-in, and the app works offline. Your log is stored on your own phone.
Where does my data live?
On your device. The most sensitive free text — your notes and the dose you type in — is encrypted on the phone with a key held in its secure hardware store, which is never sent anywhere, including to us.
Can it tell me whether my HRT is working?
It can show you what you logged next to what you took — your symptom severity against your dose adherence, and a comparison of before and after you started. What that means for your treatment is a conversation for you and your prescriber.
What can I take to my doctor?
A PDF built from your own log: your Symptom Burden Index with a category breakdown, how often each symptom showed up, and a summary of your regimen.
Is it on iPhone and Android?
It is built for both. The Apple Health sleep overlay is iPhone-only, because Android has no equivalent integration in the app.
Please note. HormoneLog is a tracking tool, not medical advice and not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat anything, makes no claim about relieving symptoms, and never calculates or suggests a dose — discuss any change with your prescriber. The Symptom Burden Index is HormoneLog's own summary of what you logged, not a clinical measurement, and it can be incomplete or misleading on its own. If you are having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number rather than this app.
