FlipStage turns your phone into a two-pane presenting surface — your notes and timer on your side, the slide upright for whoever you're presenting to.
Please note. FlipStage keeps your imported deck for your current session only — it isn't saved between app launches. Your original photos stay exactly where they were in your library.
Frequently asked questions
- Does FlipStage need an account?
- No. There's no sign-in, no account, and no setup beyond importing your first slide.
- How do I import slides?
- Tap import and choose photos from your library using the system picker — each photo becomes a slide you can reorder and attach notes to.
- Will my deck still be there next time I open the app?
- No — FlipStage keeps your deck for your current session only. Re-import your slides the next time you present. Your original photos are untouched in your library either way.
- Is anything I import sent anywhere?
- No. FlipStage has no account and no server — your photos and notes stay on your device the whole time. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
- What does 'Present' actually do?
- It splits your screen into two panes on the same device: your notes and controls on your side, the slide upright for whoever is sitting across from you.
- Can I import PDFs or slide decks directly?
- Not yet — FlipStage currently imports photos. Export your deck's slides as images first, then import them.
- Is there anything to buy?
- No. FlipStage is free, with every feature unlocked — no subscription, no in-app purchase, no account.
- Something's broken. How do I report it?
- Email us with: (1) your device and iOS version, (2) what you were doing, (3) what you expected versus what happened, and (4) a screenshot. That usually points us straight at it.
