What it does

A day that accounts for the driving.Your jobs in order with a drive-time buffer between them, and a warning when two jobs can't physically work — because the gap between stops is the part that actually breaks a schedule.
Quote in front of the customer.Good, better and best options priced off vehicle size or home size, sent by text or email and accepted on a link — no going home to write it up.
Deposits that kill no-shows.Take a deposit when they book and the balance on the card when you're done, through Stripe, straight into your own account.
Before and after, on every job.Photos tagged before, after or damage, kept private to your business — the record that ends an argument before it starts.
Texts your customers actually get.Confirmations, a 24-hour and a 2-hour reminder, and an "on my way" with an ETA, with quiet hours so nothing lands at ten at night.
Your data is yours.Export every customer, job, quote, invoice and payment as one file whenever you want. As the app puts it: no lock-in, cancel anytime and take your data with you.

How it works

  1. Pick your trade and your services — Rigsheet seeds sensible packages and size multipliers that you then edit to your own prices.
  2. Book the job — customer, address, service, and a deposit if you want one.
  3. Work it and get paid — status updates and customer texts as you go, then invoice and take the card on the spot.

Questions

Who is Rigsheet for?
Mobile auto-detailing and residential-cleaning businesses of roughly one to three people — the kind run out of one van. It covers both trades, which most products in the category don't.
Does it charge per user?
No. Plans are flat for the business, with no per-seat fee and no cap on how many jobs, customers, quotes or invoices you create.
How do my customers pay me?
Through Stripe — a deposit when they book and the balance on the card when the job is done, paid straight to your own Stripe account. You can also just record cash, Venmo, Zelle or a check.
Will it text my customers for me?
Yes, on the Solo plan and above: booking confirmations, 24-hour and 2-hour reminders, an "on my way" with an ETA, and an automated review request afterwards. Every message carries opt-out instructions.
Is there a web version?
Rigsheet itself is an iPhone and Android app — there's no web dashboard. The website hosts your public page and the quote and invoice links your customers open.
What happens if I stop paying?
The app goes read-only and your data stays exactly where it is. Nothing is deleted, and subscribing again restores full access.
