RSUvest is a personal tracking tool for equity compensation. You enter your own grant details and it computes a vesting schedule, optional value and withholding estimates, and local reminders. It is a calculator over numbers you supply — nothing more.

The withholding figure is a single flat rate you choose, applied to the gross value — not real tax brackets. Actual withholding depends on your employer's payroll setup, your W-4, your state, and whether the year's supplemental-wage threshold has been crossed. None of that is knowable on this device.
Baker Ventures LLC is not a broker, investment adviser, accountant, or tax preparer, and using this app creates no such relationship. Decisions about exercising options, selling shares, or planning for tax are yours, and should be taken with your own grant documents and a qualified professional — not with a number from this app.
Every figure the app shows is derived from what you typed in. A mistyped grant date, quantity, strike price, or share price produces a confidently wrong schedule or estimate, and the app has no way to detect that. Your grant agreement and your employer's stock plan administrator are the authoritative record; this app is not. Real vesting can also be changed by events the app knows nothing about — termination, leave, acceleration, a blackout, a stock split, or a plan amendment.
Everything you enter stays on your device. We never receive it, so we cannot recover it for you. Keeping a backup — for example, the CSV export — is your responsibility, and deleting the app deletes your data permanently. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Some features may be offered as a paid upgrade. Any purchase is handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play under their terms — we never see or store your payment details. Billing, renewals, and refunds are managed through your store account, and refund requests go to that store, not to us. Prices and what each tier includes may change; a change never affects a purchase you have already made.
Use RSUvest for your own equity tracking. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, and do not use it to provide financial or tax advice to anyone else.
RSUvest is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baker Ventures LLC is not liable for any financial loss, missed deadline, tax consequence, or other damages arising from your use of the app or from reliance on any estimate it displays. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.
These terms may be updated as the app changes. The current version always ships inside the app, on the Terms screen, with the date it took effect at the top.
