RiderDeck ("the app") is published by Baker Ventures LLC ("we," "us"). RiderDeck builds a stage plot and a technical rider and exports them as a PDF. There is no account, no server of ours, and no third party the app talks to.
The app collects nothing and sends nothing. It makes no network requests of any kind — not for analytics, not for crash reports, not for advertising, not to us. Everything you type stays in a database on your device. There is nothing to sign into and nothing to delete from a server, because no server exists.
The following is stored locally, in the app's own storage on your device, and is never transmitted anywhere:
| What is stored | Where it comes from | What it is used for |
|---|---|---|
| Your band name and contact line (contact name, email, gig line, if you fill them in) | You type them in the app | Printing them at the top of the exported plot and rider, which is what a venue asks for |
| The stage plot — stage size, each item on the stage, its label, position, size, rotation and monitor mix | You place and edit them on the canvas | Drawing the stage and generating the input list |
| Rider lines (your power, backline and hospitality notes) | You type them in the app | Printing page two of the PDF |
| Paper preference (US Letter or A4) | You choose it in the app | Laying out the export |
What the app does not collect at all: no account credentials; no payment or financial information; no location; no photos, contacts, microphone, calendar or health data; no advertising identifier; no device identifier; no crash reports; no usage or diagnostic telemetry.
No tracking. The app does not track you across apps or websites, contains no advertising SDK, and does not build or buy a profile about you.
None. RiderDeck has no backend, no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no advertising SDK and no attribution SDK. It contains no HTTP client at all. The app works identically in airplane mode, because it never needed a connection in the first place.
When you tap Export PDF, the app renders the plot and rider into a PDF on your device and hands it to your operating system's standard share sheet. Nothing is uploaded to us as part of that. Where the file then goes — Mail, Messages, AirDrop, Files, a printer — is entirely your choice, and from that point the file is handled by whichever app or service you picked, under its own terms. We never see it.
There are none. No data is shared with anyone, for advertising or any other purpose, because none is collected. We hold no user data, so there is no third party whose handling of it we would need to describe.
Retention. Your plot stays on your device until you change or delete it. We hold no copy and have no retention period of our own, because nothing is ever sent to us.
Deletion. Remove items from the stage inside the app, or delete the app to remove everything it stored. There is no account to close and no server-side record to request the deletion of.
RiderDeck is a general-audience tool for musicians and sound engineers. It is not directed at children and collects no personal data from anyone of any age.
If a future version of the app ever stores, requests or sends something different, this page will be updated in the same release that makes the change, and the date above will change with it.
