NoticeGuard is built and operated by Baker Ventures LLC. This policy explains exactly what the app stores, what it does with it, and who else can see it.
NoticeGuard does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There is no account, no sign-in, and no server for this app to talk to. Everything you enter stays in a database on your own device.
All of it is saved only in a local database on your device. Nothing here is uploaded.
No account or sign-in. No name, email address, phone number, or postal address field. No party names, property descriptions, or dollar amounts — where a statutory document needs those, the app leaves the blank for you to fill in yourself rather than storing them. No location, camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, or calendar access. No advertising identifier. No analytics SDK and no crash-reporting SDK — the app does not include one.
There are none. NoticeGuard makes no network requests of any kind, so there is no service — ours or anyone else's — receiving your data. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared, and no data is used for advertising or tracking, because none of it ever leaves your device.
Every rule and document in the app carries the citation and the source web address it was read from, shown as plain text with the date it was retrieved. Those addresses are printed for your reference only — the app does not open them, does not fetch them, and has no in-app browser. Nothing is requested from a legislature's website while you use the app.
If you turn on reminders, the app schedules local notifications ahead of your deadlines. They are composed and delivered entirely on your device by iOS or Android — there is no push server and no push token. Because a reminder names the job, it may be visible on your lock screen; turn reminders off in your device settings if you would rather it not be.
The calendar (.ics) export writes a file to your device and hands it to the system share sheet. The file contains your job names and computed deadline dates. Where it goes after that is entirely your choice — the app does not upload it anywhere, and we never receive a copy. Anything you then send through another app is governed by that app's privacy policy, not this one.
Your data is kept on your device until you remove it — we have no copy and no retention period to apply. Deleting a job removes it and everything stored with it immediately. Deleting the app removes the entire database; there is no account or server copy to also delete, and no request you need to send us. You can revoke notification permission at any time in your device settings without losing any saved data.
NoticeGuard is a professional tool for contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, is not directed at children, and collects no personal data from anyone, of any age.
This app reports what the statute says and cites the section it read. It is not legal advice, it does not file anything for you, and it does not tell you what to do.
Statutes change, and courts reinterpret them. Every deadline in this app comes from a statute read on the date shown next to its citation — that snapshot can go out of date. Missing a mechanics lien deadline can extinguish your claim permanently, so confirm any deadline you are relying on with an attorney licensed in that state before you act on it.
If what the app stores or contacts ever changes, this page is updated in the same app update that makes the change — never afterwards.
