Track how you feel, quietly and on your terms.

Steadychart is a simple, private way to log symptoms day to day and spot patterns over time — so you walk into an appointment with a record, not a guess.

What it does

Log in seconds.Record symptoms, severity, and a quick note in a few taps, so keeping the log doesn't become another chore.
See your own history.Review your entries over days and weeks to notice what's changing, what recurs, and what lines up with what.
Add the context that matters.Attach notes — sleep, stress, what you ate, what you took — so a symptom isn't just a number floating on its own.
A summary for your appointment.Export a clean history — CSV or a clinician-facing PDF — to bring to, or share with, your clinician, so the conversation starts from real data.
Private by design.Your log stays yours — kept on your device for your use, not sold, not turned into an ad profile.

How it works

  1. Add an entry — symptom, severity, and an optional note.
  2. Keep logging day to day; it takes seconds.
  3. Review and export your history to share with your clinician.

Questions

Is Steadychart a medical device or a diagnosis tool?
No. It is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice.
Should I use it instead of seeing a doctor?
No. Steadychart helps you record and share what you're experiencing so you can have a better conversation with a professional — it doesn't replace one.
Where is my health data stored?
On your device only. There's no account and no server, and nothing you log is sent anywhere. Review the privacy policy before logging sensitive details.
Will it tell me what's wrong with me?
No. It shows you your own logged entries; interpreting them medically is for you and your clinician.
Can I export my history?
Yes — a full CSV or a clinician-facing PDF you can bring to or share with a provider.
What symptoms can I track?
You choose what to log, so it adapts to whatever you're monitoring rather than a fixed condition.
Please note. Steadychart is a general wellness logging tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, predict, or interpret your symptoms clinically, and it never calculates or suggests a medication dose — for dosing, talk to your prescriber. Any pattern it shows is simply your own entries organized over time, and can be incomplete or misleading on its own. Please bring anything that concerns you to your doctor, who can put it in context. If you are in immediate danger or having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right now — Steadychart is a journalling tool and cannot help in a crisis.
