Billing, cancelling and refunds
FlirtGym subscriptions are sold by Apple. That means Apple takes the payment, Apple issues the refunds, and we never see your card. It also means the cancel button is in iOS Settings, not in the app.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel first, then delete, or Apple will keep billing an account that no longer exists.
Common questions
How do I cancel FlirtGym Pro?
Apple handles the billing, so cancelling happens in Apple's settings, not in the app. On your iPhone: Settings, tap your name at the top, Subscriptions, FlirtGym, Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to stop the next charge. If you are inside the free week, cancelling before it ends means you are not charged at all, and you keep access until the week runs out. FlirtGym cannot cancel a subscription for you and cannot see your payment details.
I paid but the app still shows me the paywall.
Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases. That asks Apple for your purchase history and re-applies it. If it still does not unlock, check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase, since a family member's account or a second Apple ID is the usual cause. If Restore fails on the right account, email support@bakerventuresstudio.com with the date of purchase and we will sort it out.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us, because Apple is the merchant of record. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find FlirtGym and choose Request a Refund. We cannot approve or deny a refund and we do not see the outcome. If Apple declines and you think that is wrong, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we think you have a case.
How do I delete my account and my data?
In the app: Settings, Delete Account. It is a real deletion, not a deactivation. It removes your account and signs you out of Apple and RevenueCat. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription, because Apple owns that relationship, so cancel first using the steps above or you will keep being billed for an account that no longer exists.
Does FlirtGym read my real conversations?
Only what you paste or screenshot into it, and only to produce the reply or the score you asked for. It has no access to your Messages, your dating apps or your camera roll beyond the image you choose. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Both Pro plans, monthly and annual, start with one week free. Apple allows one introductory offer per person per subscription group, so if you have already used a FlirtGym trial you are charged from day one, and the app shows you the plain price instead of trial copy. There is also a free tier with no time limit, capped by daily usage rather than locked features.
Is FlirtGym on Android or iPad?
No. iPhone only, iOS 15.1 or later. There is no Android version and no iPad version, and we would rather say that plainly than leave you waiting for one. The browser tools below work on any device, including Android.

FlirtGym is made by Baker Ventures LLC, an app studio in Logan, Utah. It is a small operation, which is why the support address is one inbox and not a ticket system.
