How does a free trial work?
A free trial is offered where Apple shows one on the subscription screen, and only if you are eligible. Eligibility is decided per user by the App Store, so if you do not see a trial there, the price shown is what you pay. If you start a trial, it converts to the paid plan you chose unless you cancel first, which you do at any time in Apple Account settings, not in the app.
There is no free tier. Practice, scoring and coaching are all part of Pro, so a trial, where offered, is one way to try the app without being charged, and the browser tools on this site are how you test the scoring without installing anything at all.
How does this compare to the rest of the category?

Cancel in your Apple Account settings, the same as any App Store subscription: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, FlirtGym, Cancel. Cancelling at least 24 hours before renewal stops the next charge. FlirtGym cannot cancel it for you, because Apple handles the billing.
